Suckericide
Our Product Plant Growth Regulator: POWER-10 (Suckericide) which is also
commonly called as Suckericide is used for Tobacco cultivation around the world.
POWER-10 is a Contact Suckericide and is used to control the suckers or in other words the
young buds that sprout out of the plant and start sucking out the nutrients going to the main
leaves in the plant. If they are not controlled then the quality of the existing leaves will
not match the required leaves used for production of cigarettes. Thus the buds are plucked by hand
and in order for them not to grow again and POWER-10 is mixed in a ratio of 1:20 in water or
as required locally and then applied over the plucked out area which thus stops new buds form growing
and thus the plant gives all the nutrients to the existing leaves.
POWER-10 has 85% - 95% fatty alcohols as required by each country.
We are well established with this product in the Indian market as well as are exporting to Bangladesh,
Uganda, Kenya, Chad, and Malawi to name a few countries. One of our major clients is British
American Tobacco, Uganda for whom we have given our product for the past 2 years.
POWER-10 has been well accepted in all the countries it has been used in so far.
POWER-10 has been tested and certified with a research report by the CENTRAL TOBACCO RESEARCH INSTITUTE in India.
